Stephany DeBerry was instrumental in helping us to be comfortable in moving forward with our home short sale. Without really knowing much about the process and procedures that entail a short sale, she was able to explain it to us and provided clear expectations. She understood our concerns and reservations in going this route but we knew we had to do it in order for us to get us back on the best financial path for us. As a realtor, she was extremely knowledgeable about the process. She remained the point of contact for the lender which allowed us to concentrate on on getting the home ready for sale.
